1. Introduction
These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the affiliate relationship between you ("Affiliate") and Magic Studio LLC ("Company"), the operator of Castmagic. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. Enrollment
To participate in our affiliate program, you must submit an application and be approved by us. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commissions on qualified referrals as outlined in the affiliate program dashboard. Commission rates may change at any time with notice to affiliates. Commissions are earned when a referred customer completes a qualifying purchase and maintains their subscription through the applicable refund period.
4. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum threshold. Payments are made via the payment method specified in your affiliate account. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your commission earnings.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must promote Castmagic in a manner consistent with our brand values. The following activities are prohibited:
- Making false or misleading claims about Castmagic
- Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
- Bidding on Castmagic branded keywords in paid search
- Using cookie stuffing or other deceptive techniques
- Any promotional methods that violate applicable laws
6. Intellectual Property
We grant affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use Castmagic trademarks and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Castmagic under this program. All intellectual property rights remain with Magic Studio LLC.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, all pending commissions that have met the minimum threshold will be paid out. Any commissions earned through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Magic Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
