Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, the user's subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.

8. User Content
Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the Services. By uploading content, users grant Magic Studio LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

We do not share, sell, or use your uploaded content for any purpose other than providing and improving our Services, unless required by law.

Users agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, uploading harmful content, interfering with the Services, or infringing on the rights of others.
10. Termination
Magic Studio LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will cease immediately.
