A webinar replay page is a strange thing: a long video, a form, and a visitor who wants exactly one answer — does this integrate with HubSpot, what happens after the trial, how did you handle the objection at the end. They won’t scrub through an hour to find it. So they leave, and the replay page converts a fraction of what the live session did.

Castmagic’s Audience Chat is trained on the replay itself. Import the recording — a Zoom or Loom link, or upload the file — and it’s transcribed with timestamps. Put one script tag on the replay page. A prospect asks the question they’d have asked live; the bot answers from what you said and cites the moment so they can play it. Live, a webinar converts because people ask questions and get answers. The replay loses that. Grounded, and honest about what it doesn’t know

Every answer comes from the transcript and cites the timestamp. If a prospect asks something the webinar didn’t cover — pricing you didn’t mention, a feature you didn’t demo — the bot says so instead of inventing an answer, and routes anything that looks like a sales or support request to the link you set. Those refusals are logged as gaps.

Limits and what happens at the cap

Each plan includes a monthly pool of questions: 100 on Hobby, 500 on Starter, 2,000 on Team, 5,000 on Business. When the pool is spent the bot enters capped mode — answering pauses, but the email gate and lead capture keep working, so a busy replay page never goes dark.
