Which Webex links work — and which don’t

This works with Webex cloud recordings you can access — your own, or one shared with you via a recording link (the kind hosted on a webex.com site). If the recording is passcode-protected, have the passcode ready; it's required to reach the file. It doesn't bypass access: recordings locked to the host's organisation or requiring a Webex sign-in stay out of reach, by design. And local recordings saved straight to a host's computer aren't link-based — those are already a file on a drive, with nothing to download; if you have one, upload it to Castmagic to transcribe it directly.
