If the recording is passcode-protected, have the passcode ready, since it's required to reach the file. It does not bypass access: a recording you aren't permitted to view stays out of reach, by design. And local recordings — the ones Zoom saves straight to the host's own computer instead of the cloud — aren't link-based at all; those are already a file on a hard drive, so there's nothing to download.
